Hello!
I’ve worked in the food and beverage industry for over 15 years. I started my early years as a young prep cook at the local yacht club, to most recently, the General Manager of Food and Beverage for an acclaimed 2 Michelin key hotel in New York City.
Thinking that I would become a Chef after graduating the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, I pivoted to the dining room.
I’ve always said, if I ever missed working in the kitchen, I’ll just go run food to tables!
Since my days from the kitchen, I have opened 3 restaurants in the city. From fine dining, New York Times reviews and Michelin stars to upscale-casual and comfort foods, I find a lot of joy and reward in my work.
As I continue to pursue my passion in this field, I hope that I can be a thoughtful and experienced resource.
